Senior Account Receivable with Italian

Manage accounts receivable activities and credit collection processes for Italian-speaking business customers.
Monitor AR aging reports, collection performance, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables.
Investigate and resolve customer billing, invoicing, and payment-related queries, including disputed transactions.
Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate financial records and support efficient cash collection.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve payment issues, cash flow challenges, and collection escalations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Identify, investigate, and resolve payment discrepancies and process-related issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize accounts receivable and collection processes.
Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process enhancement and operational excellence.

Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, Credit & Collections, or a similar finance-focused role.
Experience in a customer-facing environment, such as Customer Service, Billing, Collections, or Financial Support.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings clearly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and financial reporting.
A customer-focused attitude combined with a genuine interest in finance and process
