Your main responsibility will be to manage and resolve issues related to receivables and payments from commercial clients. The selected candidate will handle collection operations in collaboration with local sales and financial management teams.
Main Responsibilities:
Oversee customer receivables and collection operations.
Review and monitor aging reports and collection targets.
Act as an intermediary between the client and the company to resolve third-party invoice issues.
Respond to client inquiries regarding billing, investigate unpaid or disputed amounts, and resolve issues via email and phone.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to deliver top-tier customer service.
Build trust with both internal and external stakeholders, foster long-term relationships, and continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction.
