CE Primary Logistic Specialist
WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
uneven working time - 38, 75 hours/week
• Receive and confirm orders for transportation
• Plan, organize and control activities related to transportation
• Find optimal solutions for transport and communicate solutions to the clients
• Organize transportation in the best conditions, in respect to the quality and the timekeeping standards of company
• Work closely with Transport Planning team to ensure transport availability and optimize costs
• Work closely with CE depots teams to provide efficient communication and solution on problem solving
• Establish relationships with clients in pursuit of sustainable business relationships
• Make sure all orders are delivered on time
• Coordinate pickup and delivery times
• Coordinate communication and help to solve issues in cooperation with suppliers, hauliers and DC-s
• Make sure the goods are transported at a suitable temperature
• Follow procedures and routines related to my job
• Maintain internal and external databases with due diligence
• Make sure all documentation is complete and POD-s are returned on time
• I care about safety at work
• Collaborate widely both within and outside of my team
• Contribute to 'Every Voice Matters' action plans
• Look for opportunities to share experience, knowledge, celebrate success, provide coaching and support my colleagues
• Build great relationship at work

Požadované zručnosti a kvalifikácia
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:Please send your CV in english language
- Experience in transportation or distribution
- Advanced level of English language
- Slovak language (C1)
- Basic knowledge of CE Transport law
- Hungarian language skills are beneficial
- Appropriate mathematical skills to prepare basic reports
- Ability to work in a team
- Good understanding of key transport KPIs and costs
