AR Operations Specialist

Investigate and resolve complex accounts receivable discrepancies, including contractual issues, vendor returns, payment variances, and other billing-related matters to ensure timely payments for Amazon vendors.
Reconcile vendor statements against internal ledger records, identifying and addressing any inconsistencies.
Manage a high volume of AR transactions while maintaining accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related issues and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Respond to accounts receivable inquiries via phone and email, delivering professional and solution-oriented support.
Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze data, generate insights, and support informed decision-making.
Explore and implement opportunities to utilize AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Interest in or initial experience with financial analysis, reconciliations, and data-driven problem-solving.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client or stakeholder relationships.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Additional European language skills are considered an advantage (e. g. , German, Spanish, Italian, French, Polish, or Turkish).
Previous experience in finance, accounts receivable, shared services, or a related field is preferred.
