Account Receivable with German

Manage accounts receivable and support the collection of outstanding payments from business customers.
Monitor aging reports, track collection targets, and ensure timely follow-up on overdue invoices.
Respond to customer inquiries related to invoicing, payments, and account balances via email and phone.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputed invoices, and payment issues to ensure timely resolution.
Reconcile open receivables with customer accounts to maintain accurate financial records and improve cash collection.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to resolve customer-related financial matters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing a high level of service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Support customers experiencing payment or cash flow challenges by identifying suitable solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
Identify opportunities to improve collections processes and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
Participate in cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and continuous process improvement.

Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, Collections, Customer Service, or a related field is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
