Account Receivable with German

- Manage accounts receivable and support the collection of outstanding payments from business customers.

- Monitor aging reports, track collection targets, and ensure timely follow-up on overdue invoices.

- Respond to customer inquiries related to invoicing, payments, and account balances via email and phone.

- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputed invoices, and payment issues to ensure timely resolution.

- Reconcile open receivables with customer accounts to maintain accurate financial records and improve cash collection.

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to resolve customer-related financial matters.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing a high level of service and ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Support customers experiencing payment or cash flow challenges by identifying suitable solutions in collaboration with internal teams.

- Identify opportunities to improve collections processes and contribute to process optimization initiatives.

- Participate in cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and continuous process improvement.

- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).

- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, Collections, Customer Service, or a related field is an advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.

- Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders via phone and email.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

- Confident presentation and stakeholder management skills.
