We’re Hiring: Store Manager for the First Fashion Store Opening in Slovakia!

Are you ready to be part of something exciting? We’re opening the very first store in Slovakia for a globally recognized fashion brand and are looking for a Store Manager to lead this milestone project and daily operations.

If you have experience in fashion retail management and speak fluent English, this is your opportunity to shine.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and organize the daily operations of the store.

Plan and coordinate the work schedule of the sales team.

Ensure store cleanliness, stock management, and visual merchandising.

Onboard and train new employees.

Deliver outstanding customer service.

Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and monitor KPIs.

Communicate with company management and provide regular sales reports.

Play a key role in the store opening process – planning, setup, and implementation of brand standards.

Participate in recruitment and team building.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Manager in the fashion or textile industry.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

Preferred:

Knowledge of the Slovak language.

Familiarity with POS systems and basic sales analysis.
