POPIS PRÁCE

We are looking for an experienced Configuration Management (CMDB/CMS) Specialist for an international company. If you have experience managing IT configurations in a global environment and enjoy working with technologies that ensure the accuracy and reliability of IT services, let us know!

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and developing the Configuration Management System (CMS) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) throughout the IT service lifecycle

- Collaborating with global IT teams on implementing and optimizing CM processes

- Ensuring data and process quality and compliance with established standards

Providing technical support and consulting to teams in the area of CMS – including solution design and data architecture (ETL processes)

- Working with tools such as UCMDB and Universal Discovery

- Participating in on-call duties as part of a rotating team schedule

The final salary will depend on the candidate's actual experience and will be subject to negotiation.

POŽIADAVKY

What we already expect from you:

- At least 4 years of experience with Configuration Management (CMDB, CMS)

- ITIL Intermediate certification and strong knowledge of ITIL processes

Good knowledge of database environments (SQL, Oracle)

Solid technical understanding of infrastructure and applications (network, server)

- At least basic experience with Citrix technology

Fluency in English at B2+/C1 level

Experience working in an international team

Nice to have:

-

Knowledge of UCMDB and Universal Discovery tools

Experience in other ITSM areas: Incident, Problem, Change, or - Release Management; experience with project management or agile methodology
