We are currently expanding our operations in Slovakia and are looking for a Sales Manager to help us strengthen our position in the local market.

Your responsibilities:

• Actively develop the partner network and attract new clients in Slovakia;
• Promote and sell our product portfolio on the Slovak market;
• Build long-term relationships with partners and vendors;
• Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs;
• Conduct negotiations and agree on commercial terms;
• Participate in training sessions from leading vendors and the internal team.

We expect:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT distribution and B2B sales;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian for internal communication with the team;
• Proficiency in Slovak language (B2) for working with clients and partners;
• Local residence in Slovakia (legal residence status required);
• Understanding of the IT distribution and system integration market;
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and sales development skills;
• Willingness to travel for short business trips within the region.
