POPIS PRÁCE

Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting ESG and CSRD reporting across the organization

- Collecting, processing, and analyzing sustainability data (including carbon footprint)

- Collaborating with other plants and business divisions

- Assisting with internal and external ESG-related communication

- Monitoring basic ESG legislation and sustainability trends

- Preparing documentation for audits and compliance (e. g. SMETA, ISO 14001)

- Cooperating with the sales team to communicate ESG topics to customers

POŽIADAVKY

- University degree (preferably in environmental engineering, technical, or science-related fields)

- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data and draw conclusions

- High motivation to learn and interest in ESG / sustainability

- Fluent English – written and spoken

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Proactive mindset and willingness to grow professionally

Preferred:

- Experience in a production or industrial environment

- Knowledge of ESG / CSRD frameworks

- Basic understanding of ISO standards or SMETA audits

BENEFITY

- Work model: Hybrid (with initial office presence required)

- Travel: Occasional travel within the EMEA region

- Start date: By agreement (ideally summer/autumn 2025)
