
Finance&HR Assistant
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
Main Task - Daily & monthly cash flow, list of epense & income, AR & AP, HR, collect and handover the data to accounting agency,• List of received and issued invoices
• Identify the reason for all payments
• Cash expenses list/evidence
• List of received and issued delivery notes
• Calculation of received and issued invoices
• Review of received and issued invoices
• Attachments to issued invoices
• Payslips • Payments schedule
• Provide other reports required by management(mainly finance & HR)
• Recruitment of new employees
• Personnel agenda
• Report required by HQ and clients
• Communication and coordination with an accountant, lawyer, clients, management, and HQ(if necessary)
• Supports other departments if someone is on Holiday(limited supporting only)
• E-mail with clients, suppliers, and company members
• Reporting to the management about all kinds of unusual events on your task immediately
• Sorting and organizing data, information, and files related to your work
• You are in charge of Finance and HR in this company and you must have minimum 2~3years experience in this department
• Communication and cooperation with Korean and Slovak clients as well as your colleagues and management in the company
• It is your responsibility to review, find, and report any wrong information on the documents you handle
(quotation, purchase order, invoice, and relevant evidence)
• Visiting, meeting, and finding the solutions in case you faced any issues in your work
• Provide appropriate feedback on situations directed by the management and clients
• You must know the reasons and purposes for all the payments from suppliers and clients
• You may be required to drive sometimes if necessary
