Customer Data & Operations Specialist - Honda
POPIS PRÁCE
Regular Activities and Customer Delivery:- Manage customer database, ensuring GDPR consent.
- Oversee CRM implementation and development (e. g. , PM reminders).
- Implement and manage programs like eVHC.

Develop and implement DMS strategy, including data connections.
- Create and execute local strategies formarketing.
- Handle customer-related cases (e. g. , GDPR issues).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
The role will provide support towards management, department, dealers, and other stakeholders ensuring that customers receive the best possible service and guidance in relation to Honda’s business and services.
The role will work proactively to maximise the efficiency of systems and processes to help realize Customer Departments financial results.
Overall, the aim of the role is to maximize customer experience and achieve profitability targets through Honda Products and Services sales to Dealer Network and Customers.
POŽIADAVKY
- Experience in the aftersales service area with knowledge of automotive business.- High level of MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- University Degree is a must (Business or Engineering).
- Good proficiency in some specialised software, e. g. Business Objects/other database handling.
- English language skills - B2
- German language skills - B2
- Good communication and relationship skills – with internal and external contacts.
