Citrix Infrastructure Senior Specialist
For an international company operating in the industrial and technology sector, we are looking for an experienced Citrix Specialist.
If you have experience with the design, administration, and support of Citrix infrastructure in an enterprise environment and are comfortable working in an international team, we want to hear from you!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 2nd and 3rd level technical support for the Citrix environment, including Citrix NetScaler, Access Gateway, and Windows servers
- Administering, optimizing, and developing Citrix infrastructure in both on-premise and cloud environments
- Participating in global IT projects as a technical expert in Citrix solutions
- Designing and implementing architecture for remote access and application virtualization
- Handling incident, problem, and change management in accordance with ITIL standards and SLAs
- Collaborating with internal and external teams (outsourcing partners, vendors, project managers)
- Participating in on-call duties in a rotating schedule (including weekends and holidays as agreed)
- Main focus will be on Windows, not Linux!

Požiadavky na kandidáta
What we already expect from you:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure (Citrix – including sizing and capacity planning of Citrix servers, Windows servers, virtualization)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure (Citrix – including sizing and capacity planning of Citrix servers, Windows servers, virtualization)
- Advanced knowledge of Citrix technologies: NetScaler, Citrix Access Gateway / Secure Gateway, Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, XenServer, VDI-in-a-box
Experience in designing, implementing, and managing Citrix environments (on-prem and cloud) - Experience with public cloud (Microsoft Azure)
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022/2025 (including administration and support)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and basic networking infrastructure
- Fluency in English at B2+/C1 level
Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including on-call duties as per rota - Ability to work in an international team and across time zones (as needed)
- Certifications in Citrix and/or Microsoft technologies
- Experience managing larger infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with tools such as Citrix Password Manager, EdgeSight, and License Server
