• Preparation of documentation for invoice settlements, oversight of employee expense reimbursements, and processing of customer refunds
• Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions (e. g. , accounts payable and receivable)
• Process and track invoices, expenses, and payments in accordance with company policies.
• Management of supplier transactions and monitoring of sponsor discount agreements
• Processing of bank payments and ensuring timely execution
• Conducting bank reconciliations, including verification, allocation, and cross-checking of received and issued invoices against accounts
• Reconciliation of incoming payments from providers on a monthly schedule
• Reconciliation of supplier and customer balance accounts to ensure accuracy
• Preparation and analysis of Quarterly report for Cashflow overview – comparing Revenues and Sales
• Preparation and timely submission of Intrastat reports on a monthly basis
• Provide support for ad-hoc accounting projects as required, support with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Communication with other accounting teams in organisation
• Reporting to Head of Finance
• Other administrative tasks

Požiadavky na kandidáta

• University education (Master's degree)
• Familiarity with tax laws and compliance standards is an advantage.
• Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE)

A detail-oriented, organized, who understands the numbers, has analytical skills and responsible approach. Except numbers language, we do require good communication/interpretation skills with willingness to learn.
